Monitoring and remediation services are included in your Cysurance coverage:
1/ We will send your contact(s) periodic reports about the status and health of the network, and any alerts or events that may require attention. These reports may include recommended things you can do to lower you risk of a breach.
2/ For HIGH priority alerts or events, our team will notify your contacts via email and/or telephone to coordinate full investigation and, if necessary, remedial action. It may be necessary to call in professional cybersecurity specialists to work with you. (Costs for these services are covered by your policy, up to the policy amount.) In case of financial loss, the remediation team will advise you and the insurer, and provide “proof of breach” information collected by the system.
3/ If you believe your system(s) or network(s) may have been breached, please contact us immediately so that we can help you.
